Innovators
Innovators

During 2021, Real Impact Global will select 100 high-impact projects in 18 cities across Africa, Asia, and Latin-America. Within our framework, there is a need for 1800 high-impact innovations from people who have been working on feasible ideas, innovations, and solutions within these regions, developed with the main purpose of improving the world as we know it.

Therefore, Real Impact Global would like to invite two types of high impact partners within our initial targeted countries:

Impact Innovators and Impact Warriors

We would like to engage the right fit, ready, willing, and able impact innovators and warriors, and their high impact projects, which potentially will have a significant impact on people, the environment, communities, businesses, and industries. We are excitedly seeking high impact innovations that can improve the world for the better.

We understand and acknowledge that most of these innovations may be in the challenging seed- and early stages. We have taken up the task to help these innovators and their innovations come to life.

If you are one of these high impact innovators or -warriors, herewith the selection criteria:
  • Impact innovations must have originated and preferably home-grown in Asia, Africa, and Latin America where we will be dedicating our capacity.
  • Innovations must fall within the 4 impact verticals: Human Capital, Environment, Community Infrastructure, or Business and Industry Enablement.
  • Innovations must fall within at least one of our impact project categories (refer to our project categories).
We will initially select the top 100 high impact projects in the countries where we will deploy our teams. (see country list on investor page)
  • High impact projects not selected within the first phase, may go into a project database, and may be engaged when project budgets allow.
  • The innovation must have a minimum, direct impact ratio of 500 000 people over a realistic period of 5-10 years.
  • There must be considerations for contingency planning.
  • The initial, average project budget allocation for a seed and early-stage project is €250 000.
  • Please note: We have made 10% of our global impact project budget available for non-profit impact innovation projects, 30% for not-yet-profit impact innovation projects and 60% is made available for for-profit, business innovation projects. You are welcome to submit projects that fit in any of these three categories.
  • Please note: There are definitive exclusions which will be shared later.

Impact innovators, in the following weeks we will publish the site where you need to register your project for review and selection. Start preparing yourselves.

Do you know an Impact Warrior?

Impact Warriors are unique individuals with heart and passion for the world and their community. You may be aware of someone in your community who have already entered the fight and who committed him- or herself to something that will extraordinarily change the world for the better. We have been engaged with some of these amazing people; we call them impact warriors. They have already stepped into the gap, often at great risk to themselves and their families.

They have already entered the fight to develop and implement their innovations to make a difference to their people, the environment, and communities. Some of them may have already been trying to implement an enterprise that can change the world with their solutions, but they have received no support or assistance from their governments or financial institutions within their communities. Our aim is to identify these unique individuals and extend support to them.

If you know someone like this, please submit a one-page introduction letter to info@realimpactglobal.nl. We have an experienced team from our dedicated regions, who understand challenging environments and who will review each introduction being made. Our team in the respective city will engage with the Impact Warrior directly. When you mail, please indicate in which of our initial countries the Impact Warrior is based, i.e., Gabon, Thailand, Peru, or any of the other cities where our teams will be.

The criteria are as follows:
  •  The Impact Innovator or -Warrior must be in one of the initial, strategically selected cities or countries where we will have a team (see list on investor page).
  • Their projects must meet the selection criteria outlined above.
  • Please provide an album or slideshow with photos as evidence as well as timeline of what the Impact Warrior has been attempting and achieving, if possible, the impact potential.
  • Please provide photos of the people who are benefitting from these initiatives, if possible social-media links, where these Impact Warriors are enabling real change and impact.
  • Should you be an introducer, to an Impact Warrior, you must provide proof of your identity (copy of ID or passport) and contact detail. You as introducer might have the opportunity to become a spotter within the respective countries and will be remunerated €100 for each impact warrior or innovator who is selected for our Global Impact Project portfolio.

Impact Innovators and -Warriors, please know, we are coming for you…
